Customer Service Excellence Award

In line with the mission to promote customer service excellence among members, the HKACE introduced the Customer Service Excellence Award program in 2002 with an aim of motivating customer service staff, recognizing outstanding performers and promoting a customer service culture with member companies.

 

Customer Service Excellence Award for SME

HKACE organizes the Customer Service Excellence Award for SME to further promote a customer-focused culture in Hong Kong. The Award recognizes customer service excellence and acknowledges outstanding performers from small and medium Enterprises. SMEs that meet the eligibility criteria are cordially invited to participate in the award.
