Field Engineering of PCCW developing sophisticated work management processes to deliver a variety of field services initiatives are deployed down to the front-line employee level through embedding customer service elements in to our performance appraisal system.

Mr. Ip Chi Chuen has joined Hongkong Post for 26 years and performs his work efficiently. He was greeted by customer all along during the on-site observation. Customer satisfaction can be illustrated by an appreciation letter from an Australian customer. Mr. Ip likes making customer happy. Even though the job may be tedious, he sings along while working so as to keep his spirit high.

Joyce has 8 years of customer service experience. Since she joined KMB, she has mastered product knowledge and able to handle enquiries efficiently. Customers can feel Joyce’s friendly attitude over the phone. She is positive and enthusiastic. As mentioned by her supervisors, Joyce’s positive attitude is spreading to the whole team.
