The Certificate in Service Excellence (CSE) aims to enhance the qualification and knowledge of the practitioners of the service industry in Hong Kong. The customized program is designed to provide the service practitioners the key concept on service marketing and major practical operational tools to achieving service excellence in their organizations.

This program has been approved as a reimbursable course from the Office of the Continuing Education Fund.

On successful application, candidates will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$ 10,000.
