The GDSEL program aims to provide a high-standard landmark model of a knowledge development program for service industry practitioners. It is designed to equip senior managers / executives with the necessary strategic orientations; services marketing and management strategies; operational tools and leadership skills to develop sustainable service excellence and high performance in their organization.

 
Class commencement: October 2009

Application deadline: September 11, 2009

Course fee: HK$36,000 (HKACE members), HK$40,000 (Non-HKACE members)

This program has been approved as a reimbursable course from the Office of the Continuing Education Fund.

On successful application, candidates will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$ 10,000.
