Company representatives/coordinators were invited to a casual gathering at Lawry’s the Prime Rib. The programme included a warm welcome by HKACE Chairman and short presentation from various committees, followed by a Customer Service Excellence Award briefing. Everyone enjoyed the networking opportunities, and above all, the games and exercises with many great prizes sponsored by various member companies.
