Top 10 SME Customer Service Excellence Award 2009 - Training Seminars (7 and 15 October)

In conjunction with the launch of the Top 10 SME Customer Service Excellence Award 2009 for SME organised by the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence Association, two training seminars were held on 7 October and 15 October. More than three hundred practitioners from the service sectors attended the seminars.
