  Quality Customer Service Seminar 2009

 
The Commerce and Economic Development Bureau and HKACE have co-organized two Quality Customer Service seminars on September 22 and November 26 at Jockey Club Auditorium, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hunghom, The theme was "Cultivate Excellence; Nurture Service Stars".

In the first seminar, Mr Steve Huen, Executive Director, EGL Tours Company Limited, Ms Christina Chan, Customer Service & Language Training Manager, MTR Corporation Limited, Mr Francis Mak Yun Sau, Radio Host shared their experiences in achieving Customer Service Excellence by Cultivate Excellence; Nurture Service Stars with practitioners from small and medium enterprises and professional sectors.

Subsequent to the first seminar, the Association organized another seminar - CEO Forum attended by representatives and practitioners from small and medium enterprises. In the seminar, Mr Patrick S. Lee, Managing Director, Crown Motors Limited, Mr Kam Min-ho Andrew, Managing Director, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Ms Esther Kwong, Director & General Manager, Shiseido Dah Chong Cosmetics Limited shared their experiences in nurturing service stars with practitioners from small and medium enterprises and professional sectors.
