With the vision of fostering customer service excellence in Hong Kong, HKACE takes a step forward in cultivating service excellence in the territory by launching a Young Service Stars Program in July 2009. The program was supported by Tourism Commission and The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG). Over 250 Young Ambassadors of HKFYG joined the program.
The 6-month program covers:
1. 2 large scale training workshops
2. 6 company visits to HKACE member companies
3. An Essay Competition on Service Excellence
4. A Mentorship Program on ‘Young Service Stars’
5. A publication of ‘Young Service Stars’
6. An Project Competition on ‘Promoting Excellent Customer Service to the Schools’
