Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE) and Poon Kam Kai Institution of Management (PKKI), The University of Hong Kong jointly announce the results of the Hong Kong Service Excellence Index (HKSEI) 2009 at a press conference. Hosting the press conference are Prof. Bennett Yim, PKKI Consulting Team, The University of Hong Kong (Left) Ms. Quince Chong, Chairman of Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence, also Director of Corporate Affairs, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.
