A Corporate Member means a person which is neither an individual nor belongs to the SME Member category and which has 100 or more employees (in the case of a manufacturing enterprise) or which has 50 or more employees (in the case of a non-manufacturing enterprise) and is interested in sharing best practice in customer service by networking with the Association.
A Corporate Membership will not be affected by any personnel change within the company and cannot be transferred to other companies.

An SME Member means a manufacturing enterprise with fewer than 100 employees or a non-manufacturing enterprise with fewer than 50 employees and which is regarded as a small and medium enterprise in Hong Kong and which desires to be associated with the Association.
